The Amazon Leo satellites (formerly known as Kuiper) have now been at the CSG for several weeks, where they are being prepared for their maiden launch in early 2026.

On the night of 16 to 17 December 2025, Ariane 6 successfully completed the final launch of the year from the Guiana Space Centre, placing two satellites from the Galileo constellation into medium Earth orbit (MEO).

On December 1rst, 2025, Vega-C will place into orbit KOMPSAT-7 for the Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI).

On December 17, 2025 at 2:01 a.m. local time (5:01 a.m. UTC, 6:01 a.m. CET), Ariane 6 will place into orbit a pair of Galileo satellites for the European Space Agency (ESA).

On April 28, 2026 local time, Arianespace will launch 32 Amazon Leo satellites aboard Ariane 6 in its Ariane 64 configuration from Europe's Spaceport in French Guiana. Launch window : 05:51 - 06:39 Kourou time, 10:51 - 11:39 Paris/Berlin time.

On February 12, 2026, with the first Ariane 64, the most powerful version of Ariane 6, equipped with four boosters, Arianespace will place into orbit 32 satellites for Amazon.

The KOMPSAT-7 satellite, developed by the Korean Aerospace Research Institute (KARI), has arrived at Europe’s spaceport to prepare for its upcoming launch aboard Vega-C.
